What Will You Do?

What will you do with what you have been reading in this series of articles on the sovereignty of God?

You have read how that man is totally depraved and unable to recover himself from his lost condition (Romans 3).

You have been shown in indisputable terms that, before the world ever began, God chose a people, and predestinated them to live with Him in glory forever (Ephesians 1, Romans 8, 9).

We have declared that Jesus came into this world to give His precious blood to atone for their sins (John 10, Matthew 1:21).

We have declared from the Scriptures that all those thus chosen and redeemed will be drawn irresistably to God by the power of the Holy Spirit (John 6:37, 44).

You have seen how that those who are drawn to God are kept by the power of God and can never finally fall away from grace and be lost (Romans 8).

Now WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH THESE BIBLICAL TRUTHS? Well, you could dismiss them out of hand without careful study, and say that this guy is some kind of nut. You could say, ho-hum, who really cares?

What I hope you will do is search the Scriptures to see if these things be so.

I am convinced that if you honestly seek the truth from Scripture, you will accept these truths and hunger to be in a church where a sovereign God is unashamedly set forth.
